Born in 1991, Francesca is rapidly establishing herself as one of the most interesting young sopranos for both baroque and classical repertoires.

She studied piano and harpsichord and later began studying singing with Maria Pia Piscitelli, then graduated at the Mozarteum Salzburg under the guidance of Boris Bakow.

She has been a student at Renata Scotto’s opera studio at the roman Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia and furthered the interpretation of the 17th and 18th century repertorire at the 20th Academie Baroque Européenne d’Ambronay.

Francesca has performed in such venues as Carnegie Hall, Opéra Royal de Versailles, Wigmore Hall, Wiener Konzerthaus, Teatro La Fenice, Wiener Musikverein, Royal Albert Hall, Opéra de Vichy, Opéra de Nancy, Bozar de Bruxelles and Opéra National de Montpellier with conductors such as John Eliot Gardiner, Leonardo García Alarcón, Raphaël Pichon, Vaclav Luks, Stefano Montanari, Giovanni Antonini, Alessandro Quarta, Enrico Onofri and Christophe Rousset.

Francesca recorded for Alpha Classics, Christophorus, Outhere and some of her live performances were broadcasted by the BBC Proms, Mezzo tv, France Musique, Rai Radio 3, ORF.
